Felton’s commitment to improving senior care was shaped early on by his mother’s work as a social worker serving disadvantaged older adults in Detroit. While attending Brown University, he co-founded IntusCare to empower Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) with modern analytics and operational tools.
