Three significant enhancements headline this month’s release, alongside a set of targeted updates that continue to sharpen compliance workflows, participant profiles, and operational reporting.
1. Event status tracking
In PACE, knowing where participants are (and where they aren’t) matters. A canceled day center visit can signal a change in condition. A late check-in might mean a transportation issue. Keeping staff coordinated and leadership informed requires more than a static schedule.
CareHub’s new event status tracking gives programs a live, accurate view of participant activity throughout the day. Staff can update attendance statuses instantly from a single view, without navigating away from their workflow. Leadership gets a real-time snapshot of daily volume: who’s scheduled, who’s arrived, who’s checked out, and who’s canceled. Staff can filter and search by participant or provider on the fly, and when a physical record is needed, a printable roster can be generated directly from the on-screen view.
The result is less administrative friction, faster response to changes in the day, and greater confidence that the operational picture is always current.
2. IDT meeting notes and attendance
The IDT meeting is where care decisions get made, and where the evidence of those decisions needs to be captured. Earlier this month, we published a detailed look at CareHub’s enhanced

3. Collaborative documentation, protected
Care Plans and IDT Meeting Notes are the shared work product of an entire interdisciplinary team. They’re updated frequently, often by multiple people in the same session. In a busy PACE program, that creates real risk. When two clinicians are working in the same record at the same time, one can unknowingly overwrite the other’s work. The result is lost documentation, unnecessary rework, and a record that may not reflect what happened.
CareHub’s safe editing capability closes that gap. Team members can work simultaneously in the same Care Plan or IDT Meeting Note with confidence that their contributions are protected. This release also included meaningful progress on two areas that matter to every PACE program: participant profiles and regulatory reporting. Participant profiles now support a fuller range of contacts, including Power of Attorney, Legal Guardian, and Spouse, so care teams have the right context readily available. On the reporting side, five new HPMS Incident reports are now built directly into CareHub, formatted to meet HPMS requirements and ready for download at any time. CareHub also strengthened CMS audit alignment in the LoPMR report, which now dynamically calculates values based on a selected collection period.
